Doctors use their phone to dictate letters.

We knew that doctors pay for subscription but they cancel it after 3 months. I interviewed 15 medical professionals and their staff to understand their workflows.

Voice recognition improved & tested

I designed the new and improved voice recognition flow and 99% of users said they don’t want voice recognition.
